> if you must cancel your appointment — please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid our 50% cancellation fee; for after-hours support, please message us via contact@capitalparkandwash.com; emails are automatically time-stamped

> preliminary vehicle inspections are required for all customers; upon arrival, our technician will check your vehicle for excessive pet hair, dirt, hematic stains, and other laborious substances that require removal — not included with the standard service; depending on the condition of the vehicle – additional charges might be incurred
